Expected delivery will be 10-14 working days and please expect slight delay for International delivery. 

Shipping transit time normally takes 2-3 working days for local orders, and 4-7 working days for international orders. The working days are from Monday to Friday.

Refund Policy

(1) Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only allowed if the products have possible damages. Hoshi Luna will determine in its sole discretion whether the products are in default condition. Returned products must be in their original condition received, and in original packaging.

Please be advised that return costs will be borne by the customer unless the reason for return is damaged merchandise or an error on our part. 

(2) Restrictions

Personalized or Altered Products. A product ordered on the lunaisgood.com website that has been personalized, or a product that has been altered cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
